I don't know if eleven months and counting is too early to start a revolution however we thought we would ride on the coat tails of our inspiration, the Moo Walkers .
So, in the true spirit of community awareness and other such wonderful feats we bring you the Moovettes. An evolution of the B Team, we are three committed women who have supported the Moo Walkers in their Oxfam Trailwalker endeavors, in some form or another.
B1 is back (otherwise known as Bridge), B3 is back (otherwise known as Bob, short for Kate) and introducing B4version1 (otherwise known as Baretto Bridge).
We are looking for the fourth lucky member of our team and we are making the committment to take on the challenge, 100kms in 48 hours all in the name of Oxfam (Until we register, in 23 weeks, please donate at: http://www2.oxfam.org.au/trailwalker/Melbourne/team/134).
Sometime in March 2008 the moovettes will take off from Jells Park in Glen Waverly and walk 100kms around the Dandenongs. And this time the Moo Walkers will be supporting us and our smelly, blistered feet.
Pay back's a b#*ch.... in more ways than one.
Stay tuned for updates on the recruitment of the last member of our team... lucky bugger.
PS we are secretly hoping B2 (otherwise known as Bill, short for Belinda) will be back.
